Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and louiselynghbjerregaard.net. Once an order is completed on louiselynghbjerregaard.net, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase.


You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you given notice.

Purchases are binding and we do not accept refunds, unless confirmed by our sales team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Request returns via sales@louiselynghbjerregaard.net.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@louiselynghbjerregaard.net.

State of Return Items

If the value of the item is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the item and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, request your exchange at sales@louiselynghbjerregaard.net.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them, a refund to the gift giver will be sent and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your shipping destination, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend always using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

louiselynghbjerregaard.net collect and exchange data about you and your behaviour (personal data), and use cookies to make the website more usable, provide a better user experience as well as statistics and targeted marketing. As a standard setting (required), we collect and exchange data on necessary technical information. This data is used to enable pure technical functionality which is strictly necessary to use the site and complete transactions.
